Terms & Privacy

longshot is a trading name of fbmhdl Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 09418442) at 182-184 High Street North, London E6 2JA. These terms govern engagements with our video generation studio. They are intentionally short. If anything below is unclear, ask.

What we deliver

Picture-only video output, in the formats and at the resolution agreed in writing. We don't generate vocals, sound design, or music unless that work is contracted separately and explicitly.

Ownership

You own the deliverable on payment. That includes raw shots, the master cut, and any project files we agreed to hand over. We retain the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing - confidential briefs are confidential.

Training

We do not train models on client material. The clause is in every contract.

Data

We process the minimum personal data needed to run the engagement: name, email, billing details, and whatever briefs you send us. We store project material on UK and EU servers. We delete it on request and at the end of any retention period agreed with you.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the fees you've paid us for the relevant engagement. We don't accept liability for downstream use of the output (placement, distribution, performance) unless we contracted to manage that.

Cancellation

Either side can walk away at any time before delivery. You pay for work done up to the point of cancellation.
